As you may know your company is the only group we have used since we built our house in 1977. Every person who comes from your company is smart and well trained. Not easy to do in the world today.

I'm Brad B. and I want to give a shout-out to service tech's Aaron and John. My well pump died on 8/31. I called John's and was advised the on-call tech would get in touch with me. No more than 15 minutes later, Aaron called and was on the way. He made sure it was in fact the pump that was the problem and worked up a quote. I accepted and he went to get the parts. He returned with John and they both repaired my problems. Both were very professional and explained everything they were doing. I couldn't be more satisfied with the service I received. John's will definitely get all my business in the future and I will highly recommend John's to my friends and family.
