Absolutely incredible service. We had a hot water heater burst on a Sunday afternoon. I got a call back within 10 minutes of my initial call, and the two guys that came out, Mason and his coworker (didn’t catch his name), were extremely kind, professional, patient, and, given the situation we were in, laughed with us. I had an after-hours plumbing emergency (clogged main sewer pipe) and Paul came out to snake it for me. It was dark out and raining. The pipe is almost 100' long and transitions from PVC to cast iron to terracotta. After the initial snaking, he ran his camera down it and saw where it still needed some additional work, so he snaked it again. He did a great job and was very thorough. He never complained or expressed frustration. I hope if ever I need an after-hours plumber again, Paul is who shows up.
