HVAC Preferred Customer Comfort Plan*:

Our Comfort Plan provides a comprehensive inspection, tune-up, and general cleaning of the air conditioning & heating systems performed to most manufacturers recommendations. You will receive 2 visits per year—one in the spring and one in the fall. Added benefits include a 10% discount on repairs, priority service scheduling, 24-hour-a-day service, and an additional $20 off our active service charge. Also, every year our customers are under our Comfort Plan, we will put $50 towards a new HVAC system for each consecutive year they are under contract. $199 for the first unit + $100 for each additional unit.

*Price does not include filters, if customer provides filters, they will be changed during visit. Price does not include any additional filters or specialty filters. There is an additional fee for Electronic Air Cleaners, UV Lights, Humidifiers, and Boilers.
