BRONZE PLAN

Our Bronze Plan provides a comprehensive inspection; tune-up and General Cleaning of the Air Conditioning & Heating Systems performed to most manufacturers recommendations.  You will receive 2 visits per year - one in the spring and one in the fall. Added benefits include 10% discount on repairs, priority service scheduling, 24 hour a day service and a reduced price diagnostic fee of $59.95 (normally $79.95).

$200 for the first unit + $100 for each additional unit

*Price includes filters changed during visit. Price does not include any additional filters. There is an additional fee for Electronic Air Cleaners, UV Lights, Humidifiers, Oil Furnaces and Boilers.

SILVER PLAN

Our Silver Plan provides everything included in the Bronze Plan, plus covers the diagnostic charge and provides 40% off the JPHVAC flat rate book repair price on the insured HVAC system. Should the insured system need to be replaced in the future, JPHVAC will discount off the off the JPHVAC flat rate price book the Silver Plan Agreement price of $100.00 per year paid towards the insured unit for all consecutive years under this agreement.  Price also includes 6 standard 1" filters.

Bronze Price + $100 per unit

GOLD PLAN

Our Gold Plan provides everything included in the Bronze and Silver Plans, plus covers the diagnostic charge AND repair charges (parts/labor)* on the covered HVAC system. Should the insured system need to be replaced in the future, JPHVAC will discount off the JPHVAC flat rate price book the agreement price of $200.00 per year paid towards the insured unit for all consecutive years under this agreement.  Price also includes 6 standard 1" filters.

Bronze Price + $200 per unit

*Units may only be covered under this plan through the tenth year of units manufactured date. Upon tenth year anniversary date, the unit may be converted to the Silver Plan to maintain the insured unit. The cash discount will remain in place as long as the unit is covered under the Bronze or Silver Plan without any lapse of the agreement on the insured unit. Compressors, Heat Exchangers, and Coils are not under manufacturer's warranty and will be charged at the same rate under the Silver Plan for repair.
